DESCRIPTION:The Tandem Instructor Course prepares you to take the general public on tandem skydives as students.\nEvery flight and landing under a tandem canopy changes due to the passenger’s weight; therefore\, having a solid proficiency in canopy piloting skills and landing skills is necessary to take this course tailored by USPACourses.com. \nThe Tandem Instructor Course can be divided into 3 Phases and can be completed in 4 days (weather permitting): \n\nThe “Instructional” phase\, will be spent in a classroom setting learning the theoretical part of Tandem Skydiving\nThe “Practical” phase\, will be spent jumping with or under the supervision of a Tandem Instructor or Evaluator\nThe “Integration” phase\, will be spent jumping with experienced skydivers in order to gain more experience prior to jumping with members of the general public. It is our goal to complete all 10 jumps with each candidate.\n\nCandidate Requirements:\n\nMust be over 18\nHold or has held any USPA Coach or Instructional rating\nEarned a USPA D License or Foreign Equivalent *must have a USPA D License if using tandem rating in the USA\nLogged 500 jumps on a ram-air canopy * Logbook required!*\nLogged 100 jumps in the last 12 months\nA minimum of three years in parachuting\nPresented a FAA Class 3 Medical Certificate or military or foreign equivalent\n\nMORE INFO AND REGISTRATION FORM HERE
